abstract = {The present document describes the processes in which U.D.C.A has advanced to incorporate new academic courses into its teaching learning activities, where the essential point is that the student goes through pedagogic selflearning models. The developed activities are described in sequential steps for teachers and administratives, starting with a culturization and educational process in the use and handling of Computer tools and than approach a methodological outline in the design and planning of the courses, that later on are taken to the e-learning platform. Both pre and post graduate academic courses offered are supported by these tools.}
