abstract = {In the municipaJity of Mosquera (Department of Cundinamarca), the rural enterprises, are dedi-cated to produce and comercialize agricultural producís, raise and sell cattle and poultry and their derivatives. This sector generates a subs-tantial nurnber of employments and therefore an increase in family income, being fundamental in the process of reactivation of the economy, because of its flexibility and facility to adapt to the socioeconomic changeable situations. These microenterprises do not have enough go-vernmental support, due to the ignorance of necessities and characteristics, such as the acti-vity, size, capital, nurnber of employees, the physical, economic and human resources they possess. This project was carried out by the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences as an alternative to improve life conditions through the knowledge of the processes and structures of the productive units. A sample of 97 surveys was determined, by stratified pro-portional sampling, taking into account popu-lation, the nurnber of paths and properties. Quali-fication to 88 producers, also, besides, the institution participated in the communitary organization and structuration of enterprises to improve mainly the commercial processes, specifically in the consolidation of two asso-ciative: «The Swine Associatioii of Mosquera. APORMO. SAT.» and «The West Farming Savannah Association. ASOC SAT.», both coun-ting with the legal documents for their operation.}
