For described above, for patients is very important to be certain that the offices, clinics and hospitals where they are cared for, provide them the services they need and do so with high quality. For this reason, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection issued Resolution 2003 of 2014 (enabling providers) that defines the procedures and conditions for registration of providers of health services and enable health services.
According to the above, in this document a series of activities that allow monitoring each of the standards referred to in resolution 2003 of 2014, regulations in force giving guidelines for greater emphasis on compliance with the requirements shown.
In this paper grade verification of these standards enable is performed in order to verify compliance with these in the center of health care at the (UDCA) north campus headquarters in Bogota.
The health care center is responsible for providing a set of programs to meet the health needs of students during their training and promoting healthy lifestyles for good quality of life services.
Attention is granted with a comprehensive approach through a multidisciplinary team, both preventive and curative, coordinating with other internal and external to solve the health problems of the student.
Care centers in university health, are intended to promote the continuous improvement of the physical, psychological, mental, social and environmental conditions in which university life through training programs, preventive and corrective measures that affect the quality develops life, promote the overall health of the university community from the characterization of individual and group risk, disease prevention, health management and emergency care.
Institutional welfare of UDCA tends and frames its work in compliance with the regulations at the level of higher education and conditions in the workplace; In the same vein, addressing the needs, proposals and decision-making process of collective construction with the university community.
The UDCA has a focus on health college which is authorized by the Secretary of Health of Bogota provider under the code 11001 16830 01. Located on Calle 222 Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12: 00m, staffed by a general practitioner, accompanied by a nursing assistant and nurse practitioner and pharmaceutical chemistry.

It is also important to note that the processes enabling health then become, a key component to improve service delivery by the health service companies, having as justification the improvement of health conditions and user satisfaction trying to identify and exceed the expectations and needs of them as well as those of their families, the management level of health professionals and the community in general.
Currently resolution 2003 of 2014 establishes standards that are part of the components of the unique system of qualification of mandatory quality assurance of health care, through which are set, they define and establish the procedures and conditions registration of Providers of health services and enabling health services.
Within the requirements of this resolution it includes self-assessment consists of verifying that makes the provider on the enabling conditions defined in the Manual Registration Service Providers Enabling Health and Health Services.
Within centers health care is the use of technologies (medical devices, drugs) which requires pharmaceutical management that involves activities such as essential: traceability, timeliness in delivery, patient safety, safety in treatments, which they are inherent in the practice of a Pharmaceutical Chemist responsible directly involved in the welfare community health. With this project seeks to characterize, evaluate, verify and maintain standards compliance rating as: capacity, human resources, physical resource,
strategic planning generated from a de strategies prioritization, in which to start with adequate infrastructure regarding health unit for people with disabilities, followed by defining and documenting all technical specifications of the use of medicines, homeopathic and medical devices that meet the standards required by standard (Resolution 2003 of 2014) to ensure service delivery, addressing the standard priority processes, it is necessary to conduct internal audits to verify compliance manual for comprehensive management of hospital waste CAS and the like; make a guide to the provision of alternative medicine (neural therapy and homeopathy) offered by the university.
