The purpose of the following study is to know the influence of coordinating motor training of Olympic weightlifters. Methodology: The approach is quantitative, because the magnitude and / or quantity of study objects investigated is explained numerically. The design is experimental, of transversal type of precise features and rigorous processes, with the management of independent and dependent variables. Scope of the investigation: Exploratory, because little information was identified, because the problem under study is still in a preliminary stage, as a new study topic.
The four databases consulted were: SportDiscus, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, a total of 497 articles were found, of which 25 functional ones were identified. The sample consisted of 14 weightlifters between the ages of 16 and 23 years, who in turn formed two (2) groups: One experimental, who did a previous coordination training for six (6) weeks, while the control group only carried out the Weightlifting sessions. Results: They were positive for both groups, the control group increased in 3.5% its mark in the start, while the experimental group increased to 5.6%, giving as positive a 2.1% of the experimental group. Based on this study we can conclude that in a sport of time and brand, such as weightlifting, an additional kilogram in the bar, will give a higher place in the classification, this result of 2.1% difference between the experimental group and the control group, is a significant result in this sport, therefore it is recommended for future investigations, to carry out practices with larger groups, such as the Olympic selections, thus, the influence of coordination on mature people in sports, because young people still have a lot of potential to improve and it can influence the research.
