The Feline Low Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) is composed by one or several pathologies
characterized by similar clinic signs: ysuria, pollakiuria, hematuria, stranguria and periuria. Idiopathic cystitis, cysto-urolithiasis, ureterolitiasis obstruction, bacterial cystitis, anatomic defects and neoplasias are the different diseases which can lead to FLUTD, depending on the cause that triggers the disease, it can affect young or geriatric cats. Likewise its treatment depends on the cause of the disease and can include: fluidtherapy, dietary management, increase of the water intake, cystostomy and/or urethrostomy and pharmacological management (analgesics, anti-inflammatory and kidney nutraceuticals). This reports presents the case of a five years old male Domestic Short Hair (DSH) diagnosed with FLUTD and treated by pharmacological and surgical means
