Estudio fitoquímico del extracto clorofórmico de las flores de la especie Hyptis dilatata (Lamiaceae)

Abstract

Starting from the cloroformic extract from the leaves of the species plant Hyptis dilatata is performed the analyses phytochemical, finding that is composed by coumarins, flavonoids, phenols, tannins and terpenes. In addition by means of the fractionation by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and column chromatography (CC) the isolation and identification of the terpene abietano type, which could be elucidated by spectroscopic techniques RMN 1H and 13C in one and two dimensions, obtaining a secondary metabolite derivated of Rosmanol
