Implementación del proceso de teñido con colorantes de alta reactividad a baja temperatura en tejidos de punto de algodón 100% en una planta textil

Abstract

En este proyecto de investigación se realiza un análisis del proceso usado en la tintura de Tejidos de punto de algodón 100%, llevado a cabo actualmente en una empresa textil, buscando la implementación de un nuevo proceso que permita reducir la temperatura de teñido utilizando colorantes de alta reactividad, fijando la atención principalmente en los gastos de energía, de gas y de agua involucrados en la operación. Se realizarán ensayos previos a nivel laboratorio del proceso variando la temperatura entre 30-50 °C para evaluar y definir la temperatura adecuada para realizar un ensayo en planta sin generar un impacto negativo en la calidad del producto terminado.

In this research project, was performed an analysis of the process used in the dyeing of cotton knitted fabric 100% currently held in a textile company, searching to implement a new process that reduces the temperature of dyed using dyes of high reactivity, in order to reduce energy costs, gas and water involved in the production process. To validate the appropriateness of applying the change, were performed prior testing processes at laboratory scale by varying the temperature between 30-50 °C to evaluate the results and identify the appropriate temperature for a plant test without having a negative impact on finished product quality. The result obtained in laboratory dyeing prepared at 40 ° C met the conditions required quality to perform the test on the ground, but once finished the dyed on the ground the uniform dye distribution in the material was not obtained. Therefore the lot done at low temperature (40 ° C) was not approved for marketing.
