Today, perspiration and underarm odor is considered a problem socially, due to the rejection that comes to those who have them. For this reason, the use of deodorants and antiperspirants is increasingly high, becoming a necessary product in the toilet to keep the care and personal hygiene. However, varieties of these articles contain substances that create irritation or other conditions, especially in people with sensitive skin or who are intolerant to deodorants and antiperspirants. That is why a business model of a moisturizing antiperspirant deodorant product capable of reducing the odor and perspiration of women with sensitive skin is proposed. For this, a literature review, which includes authors, theories, definitions, etc., in order to achieve the development of the product formulation and marketing begins. This way, you start with an analysis of the cosmetics industry, the environment to which the product (producers and consumers) belongs and the environment to which it is addressed (socio cultural environment), then a market study that identifies consumers is performed, competition, potential clients and legal aspects. Moreover, the physicochemical properties and manufacturing processes are discussed, tests are made the finished product and the feasibility and acceptability of it is checked by the population. All the above process is performed in order to demonstrate the benefit and advantage of the product to be manufacturedeng
