Revocatoria del Mandato Presidencial en Colombia: Pertinencia, Factibilidad y Consecuencias - modalidad Monografía Jurídica

Abstract

Para realizar esta monografía se parte del supuesto de que un proceso de revocatoria de mandato presidencial en Colombia traerá consecuencias positivas y negativas en los aspectos sociales, económicos y políticos que deben tomarse en cuenta y el marco institucional colombiano debe estar preparado para estos eventos y cómo responder a ellos. Y con el fin de poder estudiar estas consecuencias se realiza una revisión del marco legal colombiano y se establecen los cuales deben ser los cambios necesarios para la implementación de la herramienta de revocatoria de mandato al presidente de la república; además de estudiar los precedentes históricos de los otros países latinoamericanos que tiene esta figura y la han implementado con el fin de ver sus consecuencias y poder predecir cuales serían las consecuencias en la nación colombiana

To carry out this monograph, it is assumed that a process of revocation of the presidential mandate in Colombia will bring positive and negative consequences in the social, economic and political aspects that must be taken into account and the Colombian institutional framework must be prepared for these events and how respond to them. And in order to be able to study these consequences, a review of the Colombian legal framework is carried out and the necessary changes are sought for the implementation of the tool to revoke the mandate of the president of the republic; in addition to studying the historical precedents of the other Latin American countries that this figure has and they have implemented it in order to see its consequences and to be able to predict what the consequences were in the Colombian nation.
