Plan de inversión para la disminución de evasores del pago en las estaciones del sistema de transporte masivo Transmilenio

Abstract

El principal objetivo de la investigación es realizar un estudio de factibilidad, donde se propone contemplar un cambio de infraestructura para las troncales de Transmilenio, A partir del estudio realizado acerca de los usuarios que ingresan de manera irregular al Sistema de Transporte Transmilenio en la ciudad de Bogotá, se diseñó un Plan de Inversión para mitigar la fuga de dinero que estos actores representan, esta investigación se realizó debido a que es una problemática que afecta a todos los usuarios del Sistema de Transmilenio en el día a día, ya que han sido varias personas que han resultado heridas y han expuesto su vida por estas prácticas de evasión e ingreso de manera ilegal a las plataformas del sistema , teniendo en cuenta en el desarrollo de la investigación se realizó un diario de campo donde asistimos a esta práctica y es muy transcurrida en las diferentes franjas horarias, tomando como Punto de Referencia la Calle 76, Calle 72, Calle 63, para desarrollar el plan de inversión se llevaron a cabo una serie de investigaciones sobre oferta y demanda en el uso del sistema masivo de Transmilenio. Se toma como herramienta un análisis cuantitativo donde con valores estimados representa las pérdidas que se han generado. Los resultados obtenidos representan el plan de inversión como una propuesta de modificación a la infraestructura de las diferentes troncales no con el acompañamiento de las campañas de sensibilización y de las Autoridades es asertiva debido a que con manipulación y fuerza voluntaria no se puede acceder debido a que el modelo presentado esta lo suficientemente asegurado y de esa manera no se va a permitir ingresar, se estiman valores e inversión que se debe poner en marcha para disminuir el fenómeno y que se tenga en cuenta y futuramente sea adaptable para crear conciencia ciudadanía.

The main objective of this project is to carry out a feasibility study, where it is proposed to contemplate an infrastructure change for the Transmilenio system, based on the study carried out on users who enter the Transmilenio Transportation System in an irregular way in the city of Bogotá, an Investment Plan was designed to mitigate the flight of money that these actors represent, this research was carried out because it is a problem that affects all users of the Transmilenio System on a day-to-day basis, since there have been several people who have been injured and have exposed their lives due to these evasion practices and illegal entry to the system platforms, taking into account in the development of the investigation a field diary was carried out where we attend this practice and it is very long in the different time slots, taking as a Reference Point Calle 76, Calle 72, Calle 63, to develop the plan of Inversion, a series of investigations were carried out on supply and demand in the use of the massive Transmilenio system. A quantitative analysis is used as a tool where estimated values represent the losses that have been generated. The results obtained represent the investment plan as a proposal to modify the infrastructure of the different trunk lines, not with the accompaniment of awareness campaigns and of the Authorities, it is assertive because with manipulation and voluntary force it cannot be accessed because The model presented is sufficiently insured and in this way, it will not be allowed to enter, values and investment are estimated that must be implemented to reduce the phenomenon and that is taken into account and in the future is adaptable to create citizen awareness
