Maquillaje artístico a base de manteca de karité

Abstract

El maquillaje artístico es un cosmético no convencional, que tiene como principal objetivo utilizar el rostro como lienzo y soporte material para realizar las obras. La piel es una barrera fundamental de microorganismos y agentes externos, por lo que es importante que cada producto que se use en ella le confiera ciertas características como elasticidad, firmeza e hidratación que son vitales para que se vea saludable y siga cumpliendo con su función. Debido a lo anterior, este proyecto busca desarrollar un maquillaje artístico que cumpla con su función esencial de pintar en la cara, y que al mismo tiempo otorgue a la piel beneficios, gracias a su composición con extractos naturales, como lo es el Karité, que no solo hidrata y protege la piel contra los rayos UV sino que también ayuda en el proceso de regeneración de las células; ya que la mayoría de maquillajes artísticos producen manchas y daños en la piel como irritación, resequedad etc., porque la epidermis tiende a absorber los componentes presentes en la formulación del cosmético.
