Diseño de estrategias comerciales que generen reconocimiento en un establecimiento tipo outlet premium

Abstract

Los Centros Comerciales tienen varios establecimientos de gran tamaño, donde albergan diferentes marcas tanto nacionales como internacionales de productos y servicios. La presente investigación propone realizar un diagnóstico comercial para el Centro Comercial Outlet Premium Arauco, evaluando los factores claves de atracción comercial y su actual oferta en el mercado. Basado en lo anterior termina es necesario el desarrollo de un benchmarking como herramienta estratégica, que mida y compare las posibles respuestas o percepciones del público objetivo sobre los diferentes Centros Comerciales que se encuentran ubicados en la sabana norte, así mismo también ayudaría a la creación de estrategias comerciales que generen un vínculo con el consumidor.

The Shopping Centers have several large establishments, I think host fit better different national and international brands of products and services. This research proposes to make a commercial diagnosis for the Outlet Premium Arauco Shopping Center, evaluating the key factors of commercial attraction and its current offer in the market. Based on the above, the same, for me; it’s necessary to develop benchmarking as a strategic tool, which measure and compare the possible responses or perceptions of the target audience about the different Shopping Centers located in the northern savannah, as well as help to create commercial strategies that generate a link with the consumer
