Perfil de las condiciones de salud y trabajo de un Instituto Educativo Distrital de Bogotá

Abstract

La salud es un completo estado de bienestar o equilibrio incluyendo los aspectos físicos, sociales y mentales, los cuales se relacionan con el ámbito laboral, donde debe existir un equilibrio entre estas para llegar a contar con óptimas condiciones, además las deficiencias de estas provocan que se presenten mayores riesgos de accidentes y enfermedades laborales. Actualmente, el Sistema De Gestión De Seguridad y Salud En El Trabajo (SGSST) es el encargado de velar por el cumplimiento de normas que garanticen óptimas condiciones laborales para todo el personal colombiano. Se realizó una caracterización de las condiciones de salud y trabajo de los funcionarios del Instituto Educativo Distrital (I.E.D.) Colegio Bravo Páez de Bogotá. Durante el segundo periodo académico 2018–II a 2019-I debido a que las condiciones laborales han sido siempre un tema de gran importancia y preocupación en la salud ocupacional, se realizó un estudio en docentes, funcionarios administrativos y personal de servicios generales a través de un método mixto, por medio de un muestreo probabilístico aleatorizado y estratificado simple según ocupación y modalidad contractual. Una de las herramientas que se utilizaron para el desarrollo óptimo del proyecto fue la elaboración de una encuesta, que permitió identificar cuáles son las condiciones laborales que más afectan la calidad de vida de los funcionarios del I.E.D Bravo Páez. Los resultados se obtuvieron de una muestra de 62 individuos de un total de 121 funcionarios seleccionados, seleccionando de la siguiente manera de acuerdo al tipo de persona encuestada: 82% de docentes, el 11% de servicios generales y el 7% del área administrativa, donde prevaleció la población femenina con un 66.13%, con un rango de edad entre los 26 y 66 años, con una mediana de 42,5 años Se identificó que prevalecen las molestias en los hombros durante la actividades laborales, por otro lado el 38.2% se sienten satisfechos con su trabajo, con la escala de calidad de vida en el trabajo “CVT-GOHISALO” para docentes y administrativos se obtuvo en el primer plano mayor y total porcentaje por debajo de T40, en el segundo plano porcentajes entre T40 Y T60 al igual que en el tercer plano y para servicios generales, los porcentajes del primer y segundo plano porcentaje estuvieron por debajo de T40, y tercer plano con porcentajes entre T40 Y T60. Se concluye que el personal del IED Bravo Páez se encuentra satisfecho, sin embargo, no cuentan con todas las óptimas condiciones laborales y de salud, por otra parte, en cuanto a la calidad de vida, en su mayoría dado que los porcentajes obtenidos en la escala CVT-GOHISALO fueron menores de T40, se presenta mayor vulnerabilidad y riesgo de desequilibrio de la calidad de vida en el trabajo.

It is concluded that the staff of IED Bravo Páez is satisfied, however, do not have all the optimal working conditions and health, on the other hand, in terms of quality of life, For the most part, since the percentages obtained on the CVT-GOHISALO scale were less than T40, there is a greater vulnerability and risk of imbalance in the quality of life at work.
