Normatividad regulatoria para medicamentos y cosméticos en los países de América aplicada a las necesidades de la industria farmacéutica nacional

Abstract

La industria farmacéutica tanto en el ámbito de medicamentos como productos cosméticos ha tenido un amplio crecimiento en los últimos años, de acuerdo a lo reportado por la ANDI desde el año 2000 el sector cosmético ha experimentado un gran crecimiento en términos de producción, ventas y comercio exterior. Dado lo expuesto anteriormente, una de las prioridades de las compañías farmacéuticas nacionales debe ser tener un enfoque con miras a la expansión y crecimiento de sus exportaciones a nivel norte y latinoamericano, dado que más del 70% de las exportaciones reportadas para el año 2016 fueron a estos países. Por lo anterior y con miras a ser industrias competitivas se hace necesario revisar si la información requerida para la obtención de un registro sanitario de un medicamento o una notificación sanitaria cosmética en Colombia es la misma que la requerida en los demás países de América, para así poder iniciar la solicitud y lograr la concesión en el menor tiempo posible de nuevos registros sanitarios, incursionando en estos mercados y logrando el posicionamiento de los productos colombianos en diferentes países. Por lo anterior surge la necesidad del presente trabajo, el cual busca obtener al finalizar la investigación un cuadro comparativo en donde se pueda encontrar de manera ágil y eficiente los requisitos necesarios para obtener un registro sanitario y/o notificación sanitaria en los países de América.

Therefore, the need for this work arises, which seeks to obtain at the end of the research a comparative table where you can find in an agile and efficient way the necessary requirements to obtain a sanitary registry and / or health notification in the countries of America
