Revisión sistemática sobre el entrenamiento del tiempo total de reacción visual en fútbol de formación

Abstract

En este proyecto de revisión sistemática sobre los programas de entrenamiento del tiempo total de reacción visual en el fútbol de formación, se va a realizar, debido a que representa complementos importantes para el desarrollo y proceso evolutivo de cada deportista. La visióntécnica incorpora y maneja un elemento fundamental que es el Tiempo Total de Reacción Visual.Esta revisión sistemática tiene como objetivo central, el identificar los procesos de entrenamientodel tiempo total de reacción visual en el fútbol de. Que maneja un tipo de estudio referente a una revisión sistemática cualitativa, ya que se presenta la evidencia en forma descriptiva. En esta investigación se realizará una búsqueda teórica intensiva sobre el Tiempo Total de Reacción (T.T.R). Por otro lado, se llevará a cabo por medio de una revisión sistemática en las principales bases de datos del área deportiva con la que se busca reunir la mayor cantidad de información referente al TTR. Las bases de datos que se consultaron fueron Scopus, SportDiscus y Pubmed, también se verificaron las revistas de publicación, por parte de Scimago. Por esto, se puede mencionar que el fútbol profesional en Colombia es cada vez más dependiente de las ventajas técnico-tácticas de los jugadores de forma individual que se desarrollan de forma efímera en el fútbol, y a través, de las nuevas tendencias, adaptadas al fútbol de formación, se pueden mejorar las condiciones en los deportistas, observando un crecimiento en sus capacidades físicas y técnicas. Al final del estudio llegar a concluir que las publicaciones en el futbol se encuentran orientadas al tiempo total de reaccion y que en Colombia los estudios son escasos, lo cual no permite profundizar en los análisis de esta área

In this systematic review project on total visual reaction time training programs in training football, it will be carried out, since it represents important complements for the development and evolutionary process of each athlete. The technical vision incorporates and manages a fundamental element that is the Total Visual Reaction Time. The main objective of this systematic review is to identify the training processes of total visual reaction time in training football. It handles a type of study referring to a qualitative systematic review, since the descriptive evidence. In this investigation, an intensive theoretical search on the Total Reaction Time (T.T.R) will be carried out. On the other hand, it will be carried out by means of a systematic review in the main databases of the sports area with which it seeks to gather the greatest amount of information regarding the TTR. The databases that were consulted were Scopus, SportDiscus and Pubmed, and the publication journals were also verified by Scimago. For this reason, it can be mentioned that professional soccer in Colombia is increasingly dependent on the technical-tactical advantages of the individual players who develop ephemerally in soccer, and through new trends adapted to soccer. training, conditions can be improved in athletes, observing a growth in their physical and technical abilities. At the end of the study, we conclude that publications in soccer are oriented to the total reaction time and that in Colombia studies are scarce, which does not allow for an in-depth analysis of this area.
