Abstract

El presente documento tiene como finalidad presentar la idea de negocio de la empresa G.C. NATU PHARMA a partir de la fabricación del producto PERSYCAL Gel hidratante y humectante para el tratamiento de las heridas postquirúrgicas; esto gracias a las propiedades cicatrizantes, antiinflamatorias, astringentes, entre otras, de sus ingredientes activos naturales caléndula y persicaria, para dar cumplimiento a la normativa legal y técnica. Persycal Gel es un producto que le devuelve la confianza a pacientes que esperan tener una pronta recuperación de sus tratamientos quirúrgicos, al ser un producto que acelera el proceso de cicatrización y además previene infecciones de las heridas al estar expuestas a un sin número de agentes. Para ello se realizaron modelos de mercadeo y financieros para dar respaldo al producto y es a partir de los estudios de mercadeo realizados que se logró detectar un 80% de aceptación del producto en el mercado, el cual se comercializará inicialmente a nivel de la región andina la cual representa un 60% de la población nacional, esta comercialización se hará por medio de canales de distribución indirectos y se estima una venta de 1.250 unidades al mes para un total de 15.000 unidades anuales. Teniendo en cuenta este modelo de negocio se determinó que se debe realizar una inversión inicial de $64.362.000, la cual se verá recuperada al cabo de 5 años y tendrá una tasa interna de retorno del 38%, con esto se puede afirmar que existe una oportunidad viable de negocio con la venta de este producto fitoterapéutico.
