Reinforcing values as a fraternity, respect, responsibility and discipline handled in creative club F.C category pre-youth development comprehensive qualitative players. This paper presents the design of an intervention model to teach values to children and youth through football. The study was conducted with players from Creative Youth Football club FC of the city of Bogota. Two phases are performed in which the first phase in a previous diagnosis was made, to be able to identify the problem under treatment, thus leading to intervene directly in securities in football. In the second phase it was created and implemented an intervention model to teach values to children and young people through football, making a qualitative work and coming to achieve an improvement in the sport and in the formation of players intervened. This project takes an approach to the study of education and values. In addition, the values of sport and its relation to fair play, sportsmanship and educational sport, as well as how to evaluate these values in the context of physical activity and sport are treated.
