Anamnesis: 4 years old cow, Girolando cross, calved 4 days before. Clinical and Laboratory Findings: with good mood and incorporated, and normal physiological constants, showed through the vulvar lips exposure of the vagina, cervix and uterus, without traces of placenta, contamination, lacerations, perforations, or necrosis. Therapeutic approach: manual rearrangement in its cavity of the exposed reproductive tract, previous intercoxigeal epidural anesthetic block with lidocaine, by means of careful maneuvers and constant force, suturing with horizontal points in the vulva, and application of broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy with penicillin-streptomycin and antiinflammatory with flunixin meglumine. Conclusions: Easy diagnosis based on the findings, determining incomplete uterine prolapse that was satisfactorily relocated due to the integrity of the exposed portions, timely care, and appropriate surgical
