No advertising or promotion is made, neither they knowabout demandor competitors. In synthesis, they do not know and/or do not use the structures of a company, neither the strategies of marketing, that allow them to have a projection on the local, regional and national markets. The results of the characterization allowed the development of a training program in the managerial structure and another in advisoring of acompainment to the Microcompanies and to the organizations that were created.
