The following article was conducted with the aim of discovering how the teaching of Capoeira integrates cognitive, physical, motor, and social factors, and demonstrate the importance of this discipline as a pedagogical tool, that promotes social inclusion in schools, specifically in children and young people, if it is included in the subject of Physical Education. Some authors indicate that the Capoeira develops skills through structuring of playful works, in which students become aware of their body, develop their motor skills, and also, it becomes a facilitator of the cognitive and affective development. This work is a document review with a systematic and qualitative analysis of papers and documents. They were settled mostly in SPORTDISCUS, others are related to Capoeira texts, and online books. It can be concluded, that the Capoeira school practice complies with the purpose of developing and strengthening the cognitive, physical, and social abilities, because it is centered in an integrated work, through movement dynamics, including movements with music, skills activities and stunts of high degree of difficulty, which facilitate the development of the imagination and the strengthening of cognitive abilities.
