In the last years, there has been a phenomenon of great importance at national and international level, related to the peace agreement, the process of abandonment of arms and the reintegration of the oldest guerrilla in Colombia, “Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia Ejército del Pueblo” (FARC-EP). However, there have been several controversies about aspects related to compliance by the state and the new political party Fuerza Alternativa Revolucionaria del Común (FARC), of the points agreed in Havana, Cuba. Within these points, there is the creation of zones destined to the process of reintegration of ex-combatants, that at the moment are called “Espacios Territoriales de Capacitación y Reincorporación” (ETCR), in which the majority of the ex-combatant population is currently. Because it is a recent event and it has been forged in a precarious way, in the health field there is no great knowledge of the current state of the quality of life of these people, who are somehow confined to these spaces. Although they are currently insured by the general system of social security in health, in the subsidized regime, there is no clarity about their main needs, nor is it certain that the processes to access the health service are known to them or are at your reach. That is why this project will develop an exercise to diagnose health needs and participatory response planning, in which excombatants currently residing in Bogota are responsible for describing their needs and ways to resolve them, supported by professionals from the health experts in planning, from the promotional strategy of quality of life and health
