Introduction: Soccer being a collective sport in which specific characteristics are developed in the techniques and tactics, which are part of the individual and collective development in the present research work that has as: General objective: To create a training program for Improvement of the reaction time and the technical capacity of the pass for 15-year-old players of the: Promote Sports Corporation. Methodology: 20 players from the same team participated, the group developed the program of 16 training sessions divided (homogeneously) into 4 micro cycles, and they were tested before and after the program, to evaluate its effectiveness. Focus: Quantitative, because it uses statistical elements to make cause and effect analysis. Design: Quasi experimental, because it refers to choosing and / or performing an action, through observing the successes and / or failures. Research scope: It is descriptive in scope to describe phenomena and situations. Database: This research project with scientific seat of queries made, through the databases: DialNet, Google Scholar, Scielo, ScienceDirect, PubMed and SportDiscus. Results: As a result it was observed, through the statistical analysis of the 20 players of the corporation for the time recorded in the Loughborough pre-test, without taking into account the time of sanctions, it was found that between 41 and 54 seconds were the most common times in which the players finished the test and corresponds to 40% of the players. After having completed the training program, improvements were evidenced in the times of execution of the test, given that 50% of the players performed the test in a time interval of 40 and 42 seconds. From the above, it can be deduced that the number of players who took the test between 40 and 42 seconds increased by 42.86% with respect to the number of players who took the Loughborough pre-test, which was improved after applying the training program In times of sanctions. According to the data obtained in the pre test and the post test, it was possible to show that in the pre test, on average, the athletes took 17.18 seconds to perform the test, while in the post test, on average they took 16.27 seconds in Perform the test, this corresponds to an average decrease in seconds of 5.30%. As evidenced, the number of athletes who performed the test in the shortest time increased by 160%, that is, of the 20 players and 8 had improvement in agility. On the other hand, the percentage of successes and failures when performing the Baremo test in each week is analyzed. The successes had an increase of 106.51% with respect to the number of successes of the first week, and the failures decreased by 53.4% with respect to week 1. With the results on the scale test they indicate, because there was improvement in the times of execution of the test of Illinois and Loughborough, obtaining that the players have agility, mental and physical, and improvement, in the technique of pass. Conclusion: Consequently, it was observed that the use of reaction time training with the LED Trainer software is a method that allows you to work with real game actions (1vs1, pass and finish), giving athletes the possibility to simulate the competition, considerably improving the technical ability, specifically, and the "pass" in youth players. In addition to agility.
