The present work describes the case of a female canine of 11 years old, Schnauzer breed, that was attacked at the Veterinary Clinic of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences. Anamnesis: Masses in the cervical region that were detected 1 week ago, decreased appetite and water consumption, depressed attitude and reduced physical activity in recent days. Clinical and laboratory findings: generalized lymphadenomegaly, dyspnea, tachypnea, pleural friction rub, lordosis, neutrophilic leukocytosis, presence of lymphoblasts and metamyelocytes, chemical analysis with hypercalcemia and azotemia; lymphocytic leukocytes and atypical mitosis were evidenced in the cytology, and in the immunohistochemistry, there was positive reactivity to the marker CD3+. Therapeutic approach: Treatment with COP chemotherapeutic protocol (cyclophosphamide, prednisone and vincristine). Conclusions: It was corroborated that T-cell lymphomas are more aggressive in their clinical presentation due to the rapid deterioration presented by the patient
