The present document is a planification and curriculum revisión model, that points out to rescue the status of the substantives functions of the university, centering the work of curriculum planification in how to manage in a single procedure education, research and extensión, focused on defining professional competitions, acquired under pedagogic strategies of thematic-problematic nuclei, aspects that imprint the study plan a new conception of the academic objectives. The basic elements to take into in this curricular sheme are among other: Globalization, revolution of Science, acceleration of scientific and technological changes, society of information, international dimensión, environmental dimensión, conception of the flexible curriculum and new constructivist conception, based on the ability to refine the pedagogy - evaluation relationship. The proposal develops instruments that allow to work systematically in the following phases: Analysis of the macro and microcontexts, detection of necessities and their priorization, priority definition witch will constitute the teaching, research or extensión projects, definition of the transformation objects and construction of the research and extensión lines, definition of the formation purposes, Construction of the problematic and thematic nuclei, Disintegration in programmatic blocks, Concretion of the Studys Plans, Development of punctual projects, Strategies for the development of the educational-investigative processes, Strategies for the investigative-students and administrative Aspects of the curriculum.
