The present study aims to describe the clinical, functional and radiological characteristics of a population at risk, which is exposed to the same occupational risk factor, in relation to the exposure time according to the time worked in this profession. Although previous studies have been carried out in mining populations, they have not established a relationship, this information may help to increase the prevalence of pulmonary diseases evidenced in the radiological and functional findings of the miners, this being a reason for the development of the investigative. A population of 60 miners is taken, all the population obtained that met the inclution criteria, from it the information was collected from the spirometric and radiographic readings, and a survey was conducted to categorize the findings and establish the relationship with the Exposure time to coal dust in the mines.
