This article reports the case of a Persian feline patient, female spayed, 9 months old, the Veterinary University Clinic of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences (UDCA) was presented because fell from a third floor; entered prostration, unable to move itself, with grating of joints ulnar humeral radio, localized inflammation in large forearms, elbows edema and anorexia reported a day of evolution. After clinical examination and latero-lateral and antero-posterior of forequarters at the elbow joint radiographs was diagnosed with a bilateral fracture of the proximal portion of the shaft of the ulna, so it required surgical treatment for stabilization band members through voltage systems; however, it needed more in-hospital recovery time due to bilateral elbow dislocation suffered by a laxity of the ligaments to secondary result of the impact, influencing joint instability along with their racial status; which led to the realization of more surgical and hospital care interventions for favorable recovery.
